Jeremiah and Eric Skeens running for Heroes Latinos

Raise Money For Heroes Latinos and St. Jude

Share:

It’s my second year running for Heroes Latinos in the St. Jude Walk/Run fundraiser and I’m excited to tell my 3 Tree Family about this year’s event. My team will be participating in this years walk/run at the Portland Zoo.

Last year, my son and daughter were eager to run with me and I was impressed by their dedication. Jeremiah was seven years old and decided to run the entire 5k with me. This was not only his first 5k, but first organized run ever. Not only did he finish the race, but he ran the entire way without stopping. Encouraged by her brother, Amelia ran the 2nd half of the race with us, running the final 1.5 miles without stopping.

Please help me and my family bring awareness to St. Jude’s mission to end childhood cancer by continuing to support this gallant mission! I’ve signed up for the St. Jude Walk Run to End Childhood Cancer, but that’s only the first step. I need your help too.

St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate for childhood cancer from less than 20% when we first opened our doors to 80% today. Better yet, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for anything – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.  St. Jude won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.

Support Eric’s Team, The Heroes Latinos

St. Jude improved kids lives, but only through the contribution of people like you and me. To help me not just meet, but surpass my fundraising goal, make a donation or join the Heroes Latinos team. We are the most excited and dedicated team for St. Jude!
