Daniel Dubowski
CISO at Equifax
Daniel Dubowski is the Vice President and CISO of Equifax’s USIS and GCS business units which make up more than half of the company’s annual revenue. He came to Equifax as a “post-breacher” given his extensive expertise in breach containment, remediation, and organizational transformation and helped build Equifax’s industry-leading information security program. On the heels of the security transformation, he partnered with IT to transform and migrate nearly 1000 applications into public cloud environments while moving more than 35,000 customers.
Prior to Equifax, Daniel led the global technical security program for InterContinental Hotels Group. His responsibilities included securing global employees, offices, and datacenters as well as developing security products and services for the franchise estate.
Daniel has spoken on various security-related topics at venues such as the World Economic Forum, Gartner Symposium, and many other events. He participates in the local CISO community by being active in Technology Association of Georgia, Atlanta Technology Professionals, and TechBridge.
Elijah "Eli" Owen
Assistant Director of Disaster Recovery Operations
Mr. Elijah “Eli” Owen is a dynamic, results-driven executive reappointed by California Governor Newsom as Assistant Director of Disaster Recovery Operations in the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
A former intelligence officer in the CIA, Mr. Owen has over 15 years of progressively challenging leadership experience within the state and federal government executive branches. He offers a unique value proposition as an expert in intelligence, global security operations, organizational resilience, and emergency preparedness and recovery.

Every 3 Tree Tech Summit will have a featured speaker(s) from a Fortune 1000 company that has proven to be an innovator and change agent within their company. The featured speaker(s) will present on how she or he lead the charge on driving change in a specific area of the organization that brought on better visibility, improved risk mitigation and increased adoption of automated frameworks.

The opening speaker’s presentation and discussion will set the tone for the Summit. They will help get you in the mindset for the event.
The keynote speaker’s presentations and discussion will typically revolve around at least 3 different but interoperable technology solutions and will each be represented by a leader from those technology companies.

Evening of Oct 24th
October 24th we will be hosting a Tech Community Event at our Headquarters in Portland. This will be a great opportunity to hear about 2 organizations that work to help women advance in the Cyber Security Space. There will be an opportunity to donate, volunteer and network. Our doors will open at 4:00pm, with appetizers and drinks for attendees.
Morning of Oct 25th
At 10am we will be having a reserve speeding dating event with the Sponsors. We encourage all attendees to come to this part of the day. It will be a great way to see become familiar with 16 technologies in 1 spot! After we will be breaking for lunch, and the Sponsors will be taking attendees to grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant.
